“We carry high-end European intimate apparel for women of any age,” says owner Sylvie How, a graduate of the San Francisco Fashion Institute. “I shop for my longtime customers when I go to market. If I see a caftan or a housecoat I know they’ll like, I call them.”
In addition, Intima has an in-store Gift Registry for wedding or shower shopping.
“We have a friendly staff, and we help brides select items for under their wedding gowns, or something for their honeymoon,” says Sylvie. The Gift Registry is maintained in the Intima computer.
In addition, Sylvie How is a professional bra fitting specialist, important for any woman, but essential for a bride on her special day.
“Proper bra fitting can take some time, but it’s really fun and makes such a difference in how clothes fit,” says Sylvie.
