Returns and exchages must be made within 10 days (not business days) of purchase. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by original sales receipt, have original tags attached and be in sellable condition. Returns and/or exchanges of panties, swimwear, seasonal items, and/or discounted merchandise are not allowed. Eligible returns will be accepted in exchange for store credit only. Online orders are no exception.  Special orders must be pre-paid and are non-refundable.

Returns must have an Return Authorization number. Please email or call to receive one. Items must be shipped back via United Parcel Service or Fed Ex only as Carmel-by-the-Sea businesses do not receive mail except by Postal Box. Postal Box returns will not be accepted. Please return items to:
